R&D - DESIGN - METHOD
The reverse engineering, modeling, analysis, fixture forming and control fixture processes are being carefully handled by the qualified personnel in our R&D department conducts.The method part covers the whole manufacturing and delivery processes with respect to the quality standardization compatibility of the products, that are developed and modeled in R&D, in the real processes.
Mould manufacturing is a procedure that consists of the molding processes of the products that are professionally designed by the qualified R&D personnel; and also it's assisted by simulation software MAGMA for casting products and the AutoForm for sheet materials. The molding part that is included to our facilities consists of 4 CNC Wire Erosion, 4 CNC Vertical Processing Center, 1 CNC Dip Erosion and various universal lathe machines. Mould manufacturing processes are handled by expert personnel in the related department.
ALUMINIUM HIGH PRESSURE CASTING LINE
Our company based the aluminium die-casting facility for the goal of optimum quality and relevant cost in 2011.
The pressure die-casting machines in our facilities are within the range of 400 tons and 1100 tons. Manufacturing is carried out by the press machines, in a full-automation systems with the help of integrated maturing furnaces, automatic grab, automatic mould spraying, and automatic sampling robots.
Our facilities are capable of fulfilling expectations of our customers by combining the qualified man power with the advanced technology.
Our company sustains the manufacturing of the products that are exported to the four corners of the world, with punctiliously chosen, sensitive and high performance CNC workbenches.
In our machining department, there are 15 CNC horizontal machining centers, 2 CNC tapping centers, 4 multiaxial sliding automats, 7 CNC lathes(3 of them are C and Y axial), 28 machines in total.
The manufacturing with suitable workbenches for modern hydrolic fixtures and high cutoff regimes develops with the unity of man power and advanced technology in each of the production steps. Thus, we focused on the minimum fail, maximum quality principle.
Customer satisfaction ranks in priority for us, in serving automotive sector. We believe that the key point for providing customer satisfaction and preserving its' continuity is making no concessions on total quality principle. Therefore, producing in intended quality and time frame by using the optimum sources at once, striving for increasing of productivity day by day, keeping our customers and our employees satisfied, our sensitivity in choosing suppliers and adopting our quality principles to our suppliers are the most important goals for our quality principle. In quality control process performed within YILDIZ PUL company, there are used some sensitive measuring devices; i.e, 3D CMM, check sweeping, surface roughness measuring device and profile projector. The measurements mentioned above are carried out by our qualified personnel, punctiliously. YILDIZ PUL has registered its care for the quality with the quality management system that is certificated with ISO/TS 16949:2009 and TS EN ISO 9001:2008.
